Patty Wagstaff Arrested for Driving Under the Influence

I would assume any United States based aviation enthusiast would be familiar with name Patty Wagstaff as the woman who flies her Extra 300S airplane at air shows all over the county.  According to a Green Bay newspaper, Ms. Wagstaff was charged with first offense drunken driving following an incident at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh, Wisconsin at AirVenture 2008.  Her fate is in the Winnebago County District Attorney's hands.  If convicted, Wagstaff could face up to $655 fine and a driver's license revocation of six to nine months, not to mention what the FAA might do with her pilot license.
