Wind Gust Blows 737 Away From Jetbridge
A strong gust of wind was enough to rotate this Virgin Blue Boeing 737-800 while it was parked at the gate in Wellington New Zealand. If you look closely, you can see a passenger or crew member disembark from the aircraft a mere seconds before she slid away sending the ground crew scurrying. Fortunately, there were no injuries, which is amazing considering it's reported that the aircraft was neither chocked nor did it have its brakes set.
